We have the lightest solutions for all your challenges
We manufacture aluminum and magnesium components in large scale production, even in complicated geometries. Thanks to our wide range of processes and high vertical integration, we can meet the requirements of all industries. Lightweight solutions for engine and drive technology, precise components for medical technology with sophisticated surfaces, housings for e-bikes or robust assemblies for construction vehicles are our daily business.

Center consoles, instrument panels, seat and door components – they are all manufactured with thin-walled aluminum or magnesium materials. The automotive industry is thus consistently relying on the advantages of lighter castings in vehicle interiors.
Mechanical and electronic assistance systems made from lightweight components
In the automotive industry, drivers are being assisted by more and more assistance systems and are benefiting from new technology in terms of safety, entertainment and comfort. Our cast aluminum and magnesium housings are used in electronic assistance systems such as driver assistance, entertainment and navigation systems. But our cast components are also used for battery management systems and mechanical assistance to save weight.
Every gram saved creates driving range
Electric vehicles are steadily gaining in importance and the e-motor is emerging as the drive train of the future. To achieve an improvement in driving range, electric vehicles require large batteries that significantly increase the vehicle weight. We develop lightweight concepts and special alloys for battery housings to save weight and costs for manufacturers and buyers. This is how lightweight construction succeeds par excellence.
Flame retardant magnesium alloy and battery housings
Thanks to the continuous development of our products, we have been able to develop, among other things, our patented alloy MgCarbonit91. It is both flame retardant and mechanically similar to the AZ91 alloy. The addition of carbon particles also makes it significantly more castable than existing alloys. Battery housings must both cool and mechanically protect the battery. We have secured an exclusive patent for a manufacturing process that combines the advantages of aluminum extrusions for the cooling circuit with an overmolded housing structure. With this process, no further production steps are required.
Engine components run like a clockwork
Castings for vehicle powertrain components such as engines, transmissions and cooling systems are our daily business - we manufacture millions of these components for the automotive industry in large scale production every year. Engine brackets, heat sinks or fuel injection systems have different requirements in terms of cleanliness, precision, corrosion resistance and thus the design of the material. We adapt these to their individual areas of application in our various processing steps.
Individual mobility with the light metal of the future
We have been producing lightweight housings for electric motors for many years. These components are used primarily for e-bikes in particular, where more driving range can be achieved through weight savings due to thinner wall thicknesses.
